Lagori is a Bengaluru folk-rock band named for the street game. The Hindu’s 2016 Hyderabad Arts Festival interview describes a group that began in 2011 and, at that time, lists Edward Rasquinha, Vinyl Kumar, Geeth Vaz, Shalini Mohan, and vocalist Tejas Shankar, performing in Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. A 2018 Indulge Express interview with guitarist Geeth Vaz says he and Edward Rasquinha started the band wanting something more local than their previous progressive-rock setting, that Aasma was an early Hindi song, and that the working quartet by then was Vaz (electric guitar), Rasquinha (acoustic guitar), Tejas Shankar (vocals), and Vinyl Kumar (drums). That piece dates a self-titled album to 2013.

Indulge Express in November 2023 still names those four and says the self-titled album arrived in August 2013 with songs including Saiyyan, River Song, Darbari, and Boom Shankar, across five languages. It dates the second album, Inside Out, to 2021, citing Yaad, Sau Sau, and Jeene Do among tracks that continue the classical-and-rock blend. The same article says a newer lineup adds singers Joel Jacob and Jhanavi Bhat and a percussion player. This pack names the two singers and does not invent the percussionist’s name. Boom Shankar is also a title the Wave 3 Apple-id note uses, with Inside Out, to prove the Bengaluru band.

Apple Music id 686277950 is the locked enrich target. Thin id 1249273357 is the skip guard and must not be merged. Wave 3 does not invent chart ranks or AggregateRating. Members[] uses the 2023 quartet-plus-singers report; Shalini Mohan stays in the prose as a 2016 Hindu lineup name rather than as a current row the later articles dropped.

Use slug lagori when this Bengaluru band is primary. Language-roundup features that only sample one song stay mention-only. Wave 3 leaves hero covers empty. Sources are The Hindu, Indulge Express, and Apple. Human intro text is not overwritten by enrich.

Inside Out is the album lock; enrich may attach it and the debut when titles match this artist id. Editors should keep display name Lagori and should not attach a different Lagori catalog because the word is also a game.

Operationally, Discography treats Lagori as an active Bengaluru folk-rock band formed in 2011, locked to id 686277950, with empty Wave 3 cover art. Intro length is set so artists.xml inclusion does not depend on an unlicensed photo or on the thin alternate id.
