Dabzee is the stage name of Mohammed Fasil, a rapper, singer and songwriter born in Malappuram, Kerala, in 1991. After getting married he moved to the United Arab Emirates and took a conventional job, but he later quit to focus on rap.

He started in 2020 with the collective Manushyar, alongside M.H.R, Joker390P and SA, whose single Manushyan did well. The group's 2021 video for Oora backed the farmers' protests, and Malabari Banger in 2023 reached the top four of the iTunes dance chart. In 2022 he released Bharaverse, a Kannada-Malayalam track with Moeha and V3K, and made his film debut with Manavaalan Thug from Thallumaala. The song reached the Official Charts' Asian Top 40 and passed 100 million streams. He performed at Spotify's 91 Rap Live in Mumbai that December. In 2023 he wrote rap verses for Kotha Raja from King of Kotha, and he recorded La Vida with KSHMR and Vedan and Sambar with ThirumaLi, Fejo and Thudwiser. His albums are 10 Gully (2024) and DELKOCHI (2025), both on Mass Appeal India.
