What is Echoes of Earth?
Echoes of Earth is a two-day music and arts festival run by Bengaluru's Swordfish Events and Entertainment. It started in Bengaluru in 2016, and its official site calls that first edition the city's first ecologically crafted music festival. Stages and installations are built with artists from recycled and repurposed materials, and the programming mixes global electronic and jazz-leaning acts with Indian independent artists. The festival has also run editions in Goa, and its site describes four stages in Bangalore and three in Goa.
It is a family-friendly, pet-friendly event. The Hindu's 2025 preview described an artist brunch, workshops for children and a flea market of eco-conscious products alongside the music.
Echoes of Earth 2026 dates and venue
The 2026 edition runs on 5 and 6 December 2026. The bigger news is the venue. Wild City reported that the festival is moving to the Nandi Hills area, and the press release carried by Likdo describes the Foothills of Nandi as a larger setting near the ancient hill fortress. Founder and festival director Roshan Netalkar said in the release that Echoes "enters its next chapter: larger in scale, richer in experience, and unmistakably true to its identity."
Nandi Hills is north of Bengaluru, past Kempegowda International Airport. If you are coming from the city, plan for the drive, check the festival's official transport updates closer to the date, and leave yourself time to get home after the last set on Sunday.

When Chai Met Toast

Sulk Station
Sulk Station were among the most talked-about Bengaluru acts of the early 2010s, and Wild City called their booking an understated surprise on this lineup.
