That Apple id—also referenced from MusicBrainz streaming relations—is the locked sameAs for Discography enrich and distinguishes this act from later Apple accounts that reuse the Sandunes display name in unrelated genres.

Storefront and Bandcamp-facing releases in the 2010s include electronic EPs and albums such as Downstream (2016) and related remix/EP titles visible on Apple’s Indian storefront, placing Sandunes among the more internationally touring Indian electronic producers rather than as a Bollywood session brand.

Because a dedicated Wikipedia article was missing at research time, this profile leans on MusicBrainz identity, official site/Bandcamp links, and Apple catalog evidence instead of invented biography. SXSW and other festival mentions appear in MusicBrainz URL relationships as historical performance context, not as Discography reviews.

Wave 1 adds verified listen sameAs URLs from MusicBrainz, writes a unique intro for indexability, and leaves hero cover empty. Auto-enrich should attach titled electronic releases where Apple collections match.

Tag sandunes for electronic/producer features. Do not merge metal or empty alternate Apple Sandunes ids into this facet.

Mumbai’s electronic underground of the 2010s produced several exportable live acts; Sandunes is documented via MusicBrainz area Mumbai, official homepage, Bandcamp, and Apple id 150362123 rather than via a Wikipedia stub. Downstream-era electronic releases on the Indian Apple storefront corroborate the producer identity. Extra sameAs URLs copied from MusicBrainz relationships are official or platform-verified, not fan blogs. Discography will not invent label contracts or award lists. Enrich should prefer the locked Apple catalog over alternate Sandunes ids.

Operator note: if enrich attaches Downstream and related electronic EPs, the public Discography grid should populate without hand-seeded rows. Indexability still has a floor from this intro’s word count. Alternate Apple Sandunes ids stay on the skip list in the apple-ids companion document.
